Discounts for episodes of the same podcast

Picture
Podcasting, by design, is episodic. We offer attractive discounted rates when a podcast is scheduled to run a minimum of three months episodically.

Discounts are as follows:

15% discount for 3 – 5 months of episodes, applied to each episode, including the first produced.

20% discount for 6 – 8 months of episodes, applied to all episodes.

25% discount for 9 - 11 months of episodes, applied to all episodes.

30% discount for 12+ months of episodes, applied to all episodes.

How does it work? For starters, you won’t see an invoice from us until the first episode is in your hands AND the audio is approved by you.

Once the initial podcast of the series is approved, we’ll send an invoice via e-mail. The invoice will show a 'due now' charge, calculated using the agreed upon price package and reflecting only the work done on the first podcast. In addition, the invoice will note if episodic discounts are available to you. If you know for certain the podcast will have reoccurring episodes running at least three months, consider taking advantage of the discounted rates. By paying the discounted rate in full (net 30 days) you are committing to and paying for future scheduled podcast production.

Ye olde fine print: To receive a discounted rate customer must pay from the original invoice (net 30 days). Sorry, discounted rates cannot be made retroactive (no discounts given after the fact). The frequency of producing episodes during any schedule commitment is left solely up to the customer, as is the choice to produce podcasts during consecutive or non-consecutive months. All frequencies of podcasting qualify for an episodic discount (quarterly, monthly, biweekly, and weekly). Customer must commit to a minimum of three months of episodes to obtain a discounted rate. In the event paid-for discounted episodes are canceled by the customer after the fact, TPR will issue a refund based the standard, non-discount rate.
