We use a free service called SoundCloud. After a 'drop' SoundCloud will ask a few questions BUT you need only (a) give your file a title, (b) include an e-mail address for confirmation purposes, and (c) check the 'I agree with the terms' box (ignore all of their 'Step 2' blah blah).
